English Outdoors is a new concept of English course that combines everything that the Language Travel Industry really is about: learning or perfecting English abroad as well as discovering the city first hand. It is aimed at students who have an interest in combining learning English with sight-seeing.
Our EO concept is specifically designed to fully immerse students in NYC life and culture, giving students the unique opportunity to practice their English in authentic NYC settings, and live like a local!

The Storm King School celebrated Earth Day recently with a blend of learning and action, honoring our planet in a meaningful way. The day began with an All School Meeting filled with activities and presentations, the first by Head of School Jonathan Lamb who shared the history of Earth Day and Storm King Mountain’s role in launching the nation’s grassroots environmental movement.

Winter Sports Begin November 21
Winter sports sign ups are now posted in the English Wing. Students can still sign up to join one of our winter sports offerings: basketball, cheer, swim, wrestling, or indoor track. As students sign up, the athletics department is checking to see that their sports permission and physical are up to date.
