Brooklyn School of Languages USA English Outdoors starts in 2 weeks
At last spring is here and there are now only 2 weeks left until we start our face-to-face classes again! We can't wait to teach our students in cool locations all over the city after more than one year of being mostly stuck indoors.
Our new English Outdoors (EO) Lounge is ready to welcome our students for their morning coffee before outdoor classes, and for their afternoon electives too.
The English Outdoors (EO) Lounge located in DUMBO, one of New York's hippest neighborhoods, the EO Lounge is the perfect base for our students: It will be the daily meeting point for a morning coffee and a chat before heading out the outdoor classrooms.
Manhattan is only one stop by subway!
Artsy and full of old industrial and warehouse buildings that have been turned into spacious luxury residential lofts and retail spaces, Dumbo (short for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) has become one of the most popular and coolest neighborhoods to live and work in New York.

The Storm King School celebrated Earth Day recently with a blend of learning and action, honoring our planet in a meaningful way. The day began with an All School Meeting filled with activities and presentations, the first by Head of School Jonathan Lamb who shared the history of Earth Day and Storm King Mountain’s role in launching the nation’s grassroots environmental movement.

Winter Sports Begin November 21
Winter sports sign ups are now posted in the English Wing. Students can still sign up to join one of our winter sports offerings: basketball, cheer, swim, wrestling, or indoor track. As students sign up, the athletics department is checking to see that their sports permission and physical are up to date.
