    Vail Mountain School student to represent the U.S.

    Vail Mountain School student, Hunter Bailey, is to represent the U.S. at the Junior World Championships in Italy

    Over the break, some of the top mogul skiers from the United States and Canada competed in the Vail Freestyle Noram Finals, which was hosted for the first time in Vail. Vail Mountain School student Hunter Bailey went head to head with 62 other competitors including members of the U.S. and Canadian Ski Teams. Bailey placed third in the morning qualifying round but his aggressive run in the finals proved to be too fast to hold on. Also from VMS, Jack Harty was one of the course forerunners.

He joined the Aviation Academy at the beginning of the school year and never stopped working towards his goal of becoming a pilot. He is extremely dedicated and hard working. In earning his license, Chris will also receive college credit toward his degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
