Squaw Valley Academy Students Give Back

"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." - Winston Churchill

One of the cornerstones of an Squaw Valley Academy education is dedication and service to our community. Each student is required to volunteer 15 hours  each year to serving others; many students do more.

Last week students went to the Truckee-Tahoe Humane Society to care for animals that are available for adoption.

Squaw Valley Academy is a college-preparatory international boarding school at Lake Tahoe, California for 100+ co-ed students in grades 9-12. Students have full English immersion and attend regular academic classes with American students. Students live in campus dormitory rooms. The average class size is eight students. Students are required to attend evening study hall, proctored by adults, Sunday-Thursday.

Squaw Valley Academy also organises a Summer Camp.
